Course Content
The seminar will assist delegates to recognise the core skills and processes that are required to manage people and time effectively. Delegates will have the opportunity to understand the commercial reasons and importance of effectively managing performance and subsequently maximising return on investment. Delegates will also be able to undertake a personal diagnostic; identify their leadership skills, strengths and developments. The following areas will be explored:

Delegates will be offered a great opportunity to network as well as discuss and share ideas with other industry professionals.
