Course Content
The objective of this seminar is to assist health clubs and leisure centres with the sales process from start to finish. Delegates will have an excellent opportunity to learn and develop their existing knowledge and skills on setting and achieving sales targets, as well as learning how to:
- Generate new sales prospects
- Profile their customer databases, catchment areas and competitors
- Deal with sales enquiries
- Effectively manage new prospects
- Successfully manage the sales process.
Delegates will be offered a fantastic opportunity to network; discussing and sharing ideas with other industry professionals.
This seminar is open to both FIA members and non-members and will benefit both staff involved in the management of sales teams as well as those who are responsible for setting sales targets.
