Yoodo

FIA members throughout Yorkshire are supporting Yoodo by offering discounted and/or trial memberships for local people with disabilities and those with a long term health condition. The Yoodo Sports pilot in Yorkshire will run in Leeds, Bradford, Richmond, Catterick, Kirklees, Huddersfield, Northallerton and Thirsk. It has the potential to be rolled out across England in 2012.

The programme is available to those over 18 and FIA member offers are uploaded and viewed by participants when they visit http://yoodosports.com/

For any members wanting to put forwards an offer we recommend that they should be competitive and appropriate for the target audience. Therefore, participants should be provided with a choice of short-term membership during pre-determined off peak hours or peak hours. Ideally, the price of membership should typically be a reduction on the standard charge and sold as a 1 month rolling basis. Discounted courses of personal training sessions or discounted sporting activities are also recommended.
